MEET NICOLE
The leader you'll work with
Nicole is a professional consultant with a background in bid management, strategy development and tender writing. She uses AI tools as part of the bid and grant development process — augmenting human work and strengthening the quality, consistency and efficiency of outcomes delivered for clients, while keeping the strategic thinking, impact, writing and judgement behind the work firmly human.
Nicole has successfully led multi-million dollar projects and bid teams across Australia, responding to federal and state government entities. Her main areas of focus are bid strategy and management, proposal management, tender and grant writing, stakeholder engagement, and pre-submission reviews.
She has cultivated a reputation for excellence across diverse sectors. Her portfolio includes national and local employment and human services providers, global technology corporations, social enterprise organisations, resource recovery specialists, and education and training companies.
When she's not working with clients, Nicole is on the road with her horses. She competes nationally in the sport of Cutting — a discipline that asks for instinct, strategy, and the kind of partnership between rider and horse that takes years to build.
