Nicole is a Professional Consultant with a strong background in bid management and strategy development. Drawing on her access to specialised consultants working in Conversational and Generative AI, she has a deep understanding of how AI tools can be applied to bids and tenders. She has translated this knowledge into the development of a custom agentic workforce and innovative practices to streamline processes, enhance customer experience and expediate delivery of outstanding outcomes for clients.

Nicole has cultivated a reputation for excellence across diverse sectors and her portfolio includes national and local employment and human services providers, global technology corporations, social enterprise organisations, resource recovery companies and education and training organisations.

She has led tender projects including service integration into Federal, State and Local Government and the Public Safety sector. Retention and expansion tender projects have supported organisations in developing strategies to both enter and expand their market share for Public Safety services, Managed Services contracts, Disability Employment Services, Apprenticeship Connect, Workforce Australia, Self Employment Assistance, Parent Pathways and Transition to Work programs.
