Win themes: it’s about them, not you!

When you’re writing a grant or tender response, your win themes should focus on what you can do for them - and how your company or solution directly tackles their needs. Not just the ones they’ve said outright in the objectives, but the ones they might not have spelled out.
Here’s the thing: it’s not about talking up what you’ve done or how great you are. It’s about showing them how you’ll solve their problems, make their lives easier and deliver exactly what they need. Remember, it’s about them more than it’s about you.
Your past wins and achievements? They’re important, but only as proof that you understand their challenges and can actually deliver.
The message you want to send is clear: “We get you, we’ve got this and here’s why we are the best choice for you. This is what is in it for you.”
Do you ensure your win themes focus on what really matters?
