AI: It's a Tool, not a threat.

I still see conversations here in LinkedIn-land where people worry AI is going to take their jobs or question if using AI for content creation and writing is "cheating" or leads to poor-quality work. Here's my take:

AI is just a tool. Like any tool, its value depends on how you use it.

Think about a tradesperson: they could use a hand saw for a task, or a jigsaw to be faster. But speed alone doesn’t guarantee quality. With proper training and practice, they could use a plasma cutter - achieving both precision and excellence.

The same applies to AI in our work. When we apply our expertise and training to use AI effectively, we can achieve precision, efficiency and exceptional outcomes.
