Transforming the ideation phase of tender writing

Here’s how I used ChatGPT to transform the ideation phase of a recent tender - and why AI is a key part of my writing process.

When some people think of tender writing they prepare for long hours and the horrors of the blank page. Luckily for us - we can now use AI to help us think bigger and work smarter.

For a recent tender I used ChatGPT ( 😲 ) during the ideation and iteration phase and it made a real difference:

1️⃣ Bouncing Ideas: I asked it to suggest alternative ways to showcase how our offering provides maximum impact. Together we explored ideas and it sparked a different viewpoint I had not fully considered.

2️⃣ Refining Clarity: I then used ChatGPT to test whether my messaging was clear and concise. If AI couldn’t "get it," I knew the evaluation panel might struggle too.

The result? A more compelling and concise response where the benefits and impact of our solution shone through. 😁
